ख़ैर, तीसरा आंदोलन तो जेपी को पानी और अन्ना को निंबूज़ पिला गया. संपूर्ण क्रांति नाम का विमान हाइजैक, जेपी को बिना पैराशूट के नीचे फेंक दिया गया. बस एक भीखू मातरे…. अन्ना. अख्खा आंदोलन का डॉन कौन… अन्ना. अन्ना और उसके साथ मीडिया चौकन्ना. सरकार लूट रही थी, मीडिया लूट रही थी, टोपी लुट रही थी. मीडिया पानी में बहते शवों पर मछलियों की तरह टूट पड़ा था. लगा, अब काहिरा से पहले तहरीर की चौमुहानी भारत में तैयार हो जाएगी और वहाँ से परिवर्तन की एक नई सड़क जाएगी. इस सड़क पर लैम्प पोस्ट लगेंगे और झिलमिल सितारों का आंगन होगा. चौथा टेप दिसंबर की दिल्ली का. रात को बेशर्म हो जाता है ये शहर और इसकी नीयत शवों पर खड़े होकर फल तोड़ने के लिए लपकने लगती है. इसी अंधेरे में सोई सत्ता और सदैव आपके साथ रहने वाली दिल्ली पुलिस की नाक तले होता है एक बलात्कार. फिर क्या… अगले दिन से दिल्ली में रेप के बाद की रिपोर्टिंग. यही युद्ध और अन्ना अभियान वाले टीवी संपादक ने तय किया कि ऐसे काम नहीं चलेगा. लंगर चालू करो. बंगला साहिब गुरुद्वारा स्टाइल. बिना रुके. नॉन स्टॉप. बीच में रैना का लड़की पटाने वाला विज्ञापन, साथ में एक्स डियो का विज्ञापन जिसमें कर्मचारी की पत्नी, पति के बॉस के कपड़े उतार देती है. मूसली पावर, टांगों को चिकना, बाल रहित औ चेहरे को गोरापन देने वाले विज्ञापन. ऐसे बेहिसाब विज्ञापनों के बीच रेप पर रिपोर्टिंग जारी रही. किसानों, मजदूरों के लिए, कामगारों और भूमिहीनों के लिए बंद बोटक्लब और राजपथ पर फिर से मोमबत्तियां, कैमरे, युवा, पुलिस, वॉटर कैनन, आरएएफ़… यानी सिविल वार. न प्वाइंट टू मिस इट.
बीच में सिर कटे शवों ने लड़ाई को बेनतीजा छोड़ दिया. चैनलों का काम हो चुका था. अघाए हुए पंडे की तरह अब बलात्कार के मुद्दे को वे इतना रौंद चुके थे कि उसमें रुचि नहीं रह गई थी. सो, ओबी मूवमेंट फिर शुरू. फिलहाल देश युद्ध के मुहाने पर खड़ा है. प्रधानमंत्री कठोर हो गए हैं. आगमन वीज़ा पर रोक लग गई है. पाकिस्तानी रंगकर्मियों को नाटक करने से रोक दिया गया है. हॉकी टीम को लौट जाना पड़ा है. सेना प्रमुख गुर्रा रहे हैं. कभी भी काट सकते हैं, ऐसा कह रहे हैं. पाकिस्तान में एक और अन्ना पैदा हो गया है. सिर पर सफेद टोपी है. वहां की सेना भी जूते कस रही है. पैरों के नीचे 115 लोगों के ताबूत हैं पर निशाना भारत की ओर.
चैनल फिर सफल. इससे पहले अन्ना को अधिनायक इन्होंने बनाया. जेसिका को न्याय इन्होंने दिलाया. रामदेव को हवाईअड्डे तक लेने के लिए मंत्री इन्होंने भेजे. आम आदमी पार्टी इन्होंने बनवाई. एम्स और आईआईटी में जाति की अंबूजा सीमेंट वाली दीवार इन्होंने खड़ी की. पाकिस्तान को सबक इन्होंने सिखाया. फिर से सिखा रहे हैं. भूखे बिलखते लोगों के शवों पर मौन बैठे प्रधानमंत्री इनके इशारे पर बोल पड़े हैं. सोनिया बलात्कार पीड़िता से मिल आईं. इन सबके दौरान न तो किसी को बाल ठाकरे का अतिरंजित महिमामंडन बुरा लगा और न ही दंतेवाड़ा के एसपी अंकित गर्ग (जिन्होंने सोनी सोरी के जननांगों, गुप्तांगों में पत्थर ठुसवाए और उन्हें यंत्रणाएं दीं) का राष्ट्रपति पदक से सम्मानित होना. देश जब बलात्कार पर बात कर रहा है तो यौनांगों को नष्ट करने और फांसी देने की वकालत गढ़ रहा है. ये एजेंडा भी न्यूज़ रूम से चल रहा है. सड़कों पर बोल रहा है. किसी को कुछ होश नहीं है जैसे. इन घटनाओं के बाद भी जारी हैं बलात्कार, भूख स मर रहे हैं लोग, भ्रष्टाचार निगल रहा है हक़ को, आंखें भेद रही हैं पास से गुज़रते हर शरीर को, जीभें लपलपा रही हैं ज़िंदा गोश्त पर और औरत बिक रही है, रंडीखानों से टीवी के विज्ञापनों तक. आदिवासी महिलाओं के शरीर में घंस रहे हैं सिपाही, घर से दूर अपनी कुंठाओं और अभावों से भरी वीर्य की थैलियां लटकाए. न्यूज़रूम में जारी है शोषण और मवाद पर कोट पहनकर खड़े हैं एंकर, देश को बचाते हुए. एक संपादक, जो दिल्ली की एक अध्यापिका को सरेआम नंगा करवा चुके हैं, उसका फ़र्ज़ी स्टिंग कर चुके हैं, जिंदल के साथ समाचार की सत्ता का सौदा करते पाए गए हैं, उन्होंने लाइव दिखा दी है देश की सबसे बड़ी गवाही. उत्तेजना तानाशाही मांग रही है. वी वॉन्ट मोदी का जयघोष कर रही है. 10 वर्ष पहले के गुजरात के बलात्कार और गर्भ से खींचकर बाहर फुटबॉल की तरह खेले गए भ्रूण स्मृतियों में हों भी तो पर्दों, बातों, बहसों, तर्कों से दूर हैं.
